Did Vice President Joe Biden asleep while Barack Obama gave a speech about his administration's plans to address the national debt on Wednesday?
ABC News has posted the video Biden participate in an event held at George Washington University in the early afternoon. In the clip, the Vice seems to doze off, when the president talks about financial matters.
National Journal notes that if Biden takes a nap during the president's remarks, it seems it would not be the first member of the Obama administration to do so. In 2009, then the principal economic advisor to President Larry Summers caught dozing in a photo taken by a photographer for Getty at a meeting on economic crisis.
