Temple University and San Diego State University locked in tight battle

Temple University and San Diego State University locked in tight battle

At the end of the corridors of today's round of 32 contests between the Owls and the Temple of San Diego State University Aztecs, the Aztecs seemed to get the second NCAA tournament in program history (the first to arrive from the north Colorado on Thursday).

With less than two minutes to play gave the Aztecs a lead of 54-49 but the game was not in the bag quite yet. Temple responded on the strength of a three-point Khalif Wyatt Lavoy Allen and a jumper to tie the score 54-54 with under a minute to go.

San Diego State was the last opportunity for a shot four seconds left in regulation, but Chase Tapley has been able to get to go floating. The game went into overtime.

Juan Fernandez scored five of the Temple of seven points in the overtime period, but the Aztecs were able to keep pace. There was still another blow last chance, but Malcolm Thomas Bridge was not good. The game went to double overtime with the required labeling 61-61.

It is now 2:38 to go in the second overtime, and San Diego State has a 65-61 advantage. As soon as the game goes final, gave a comprehensive summary.
